
OMi Crane Systems, a US-based company specialising in overhead cranes and lifting systems, has delivered a 36.5-ton capacity crane to Kentucky.
The crane, automated in collaboration with Canada-based optimisation and automation solutions provider CareGo Tek, is expected to boost innovation and operational efficiency.
The delivery of the 36.5-ton capacity crane marks the completion of a five-crane project.

Last month, OMi Crane Systems delivered a 2.5-ton capacity crane customised for an aeroplane hangar.
The 128ft crane incorporates a control kit from R&M Materials Handling, known for manufacturing cranes, hoists, and material handling equipment.
OMi customised this crane to meet the facility’s unique operational requirements.
The 2.5-ton crane includes specific custom features such as an E-track system for trolley power and control and a three-end truck design for a three-runway beam system.
In addition, OMi delivered a 10-ton capacity crane, also featuring an RM control kit, to a client in Houston, Texas.
