US-based overhead cranes and lifting systems provider OMi Crane Systems has completed the factory acceptance test for its 44-ton crane.

The move ensures that all systems are fully operational and meet quality standards before installation.

Recently, OMi Crane Systems has shipped a crane system, following nine previous shipments.

Last week, the company announced the shipping of a crane, equipped with R&M Materials Handling kit, to its new Texas facility.

OMi Crane Systems, in a LinkedIn post, said: This is a crucial step in our process, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet our quality standards before it heads out for installation.

“From design to assembly to testing, it’s incredible to see the hard work and precision come together.”

OMi Crane Systems has more than 30 years of industry experience, delivering reliable solutions that businesses depend on.

It offers 100% turnkey solutions for overhead lifting needs, providing both standard and customised crane solutions tailored to customer requirements and budgets.

Last month, OMi Crane Systems delivered a 36.5-ton capacity crane to Kentucky, which was automated in collaboration with CareGo Tek from Canada.

The delivery completes a five-crane project aimed at boosting innovation and operational efficiency.

In February, the firm delivered a 2.5-ton capacity crane customised for an aeroplane hangar.

The 128ft crane, featuring a control kit from R&M Materials Handling, was customised to meet the facility’s unique operational requirements.

It also includes an E-track system for trolley power and control, and a three-end truck design for a three-runway beam system.
