Mazzella said the acquisition further strengthens its footprint in the Midwest and Central regions of the US and reinforces Mazzella’s commitment to be a one-stop provider for rigging equipment and sling assemblies, engineered lifting solutions, training, and the inspection and repair of cranes, hoists and rigging.
John Sakach Company has been servicing and supplying customers in the St. Louis area and beyond with crane rigging equipment, crane rigging supplies, wire rope, lifting slings, and a variety of rigging inspection and training services since 1986.
Effective immediately, John Sakach Company will operate as Mazzella John Sakach Co. The terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
