US-based industrial equipment supplier Level Crane Systems has completed a bridge crane project aimed at enhancing injection mould handling operations.

The freestanding crane system features two five-ton bridge cranes sharing a common structure.

Founded in 2001, Level Crane Systems specialises in providing tailored overhead crane solutions to address complex lifting challenges across various industries.

The company offers comprehensive services, from initial assessment to system integration, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.

Level Crane Systems, in a LinkedIn post, said: “We’re pleased to announce the completion of a recent bridge crane project to support injection mould handling.

“This freestanding system consists of two 5-ton bridge cranes sharing a common structure.

“At Level, we create value with bespoke overhead lifting solutions that enhance productivity and safety. Elevate your productivity with an overhead crane from Level Crane Systems.”

In January, Level Crane Systems collaborated with R&M Materials Handling to introduce a customised overhead crane system equipped with automated controls.

The advanced controls facilitate the precise lifting and positioning of filter cartridges.

In February, the company deployed a 20-ton capacity bridge crane, featuring two ten-ton hoists, at California State University’s new Equity Innovation Hub.

The bridge crane system offers a flexible lifting solution for the university’s new facility.

Last month, Level Crane Systems signed an agreement to supply Clairity Technology with overhead crane solutions.

Clairity Technology’s Project Juniper is the first integrated direct air capture and ex-situ mineralisation plant developed, owned, and operated by a single entity.
