Interface said the acquisition of the UK-based firm accelerates its growth in global test and measurement by adding engineering and manufacturing expertise with an international presence.

LCM Systems was founded in 1984 and provides engineering and design expertise to market sectors including heavy lifting, energy, civil engineering, maritime, aerospace and process engineering. The load management solutions company manufactures a range of standard and ruggedised load cells and instrumentation, as well as customised products. It also manufactures load cells suitable for Zone 1 and 2 hazardous area applications.
