Based on the company’s Commander Series 5PT10 and 5PT20 portable davit cranes, and retaining the same quality standards and material-handling benefits, the new Rescue-Rated versions of these models are also now configured to help ensure the safety of individuals in rescue operations.
There are six models in the range, offering load ratings up to 2,000lbs (905kg), 360° rotation and a two-year warranty as standard.
These speciality, manually operated cranes come with multiple base options, including pedestal, flush, or wall-mount configurations.
Each configuration includes a manually operated worm gear hand winch, 0.25in wire rope, and an American National Standards Institute (Ansi) rated carabiner. The cranes meet Ansi and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Osha) standards.
Thern adds that no tools are needed for assembly/disassembly, and that the cranes are available with corrosion-resistant finishes.
