Through the program, new and emerging leaders will have the opportunity to connect with peers and executives to broaden their perspective of the supply chain and material handling industry.
Highlights of the virtual program include eight workshop sessions, working with a team on simulations, and three leader power hours.
Some of the learning topics covered in this program include emotional intelligence, communication, decision-making, negotiating, and managing change. Students will receive assessments, as well as mentoring and coaching, to help improve their leadership style.
These sessions, which are all virtual, will run from August 3 to November 2. MHI and WERC members will receive a discounted tuition rate.
